Upon your arrival, our driver will warmly welcome you and transfer you to Shillong, known as the 'Scotland of the East'. En route, we'll stop at Umium Lake, also known as Barapani, where you can enjoy the serene beauty of this vast artificial lake surrounded by lush hills.

After lunch, embark on a sightseeing tour of Shillong. Begin with a visit to the Don Bosco Museum of Indigenous Culture, showcasing the rich heritage of the region. Next, explore Ward’s Lake, offering charming garden walks and boating opportunities. The Botanical Garden boasts a diverse collection of indigenous and exotic plants, including rare orchids. Lady Hydari Park, designed in Japanese style, is adorned with vibrant flowers and roses, while the adjacent Mini Zoo is home to a variety of birds, reptiles, and mammals. Marvel at the expansive Golf Course, nestled amidst pine groves and rhododendron trees.

Upon arrival in Cherrapunjee, our sightseeing adventure begins. Visit the Ramakrishna School and Museum to learn about the local culture and history. Explore the Eco Park, where you can enjoy leisurely walks amidst lush greenery and pristine surroundings. Marvel at the majestic Nohsngithiang Waterfalls, also known as the Seven Sisters Falls, cascading down the cliffs in a series of picturesque cascades. With 75 households and a population of 400, Mawlynnong exemplifies the standards of cleanliness and sustainability that all villages should strive to achieve.

As we explore Mawlynnong, you'll be captivated by its picturesque beauty, with paved walkways winding through the village adorned with vibrant flowerbeds. Marvel at the pristine waterfalls, hilly rivulets, and lush acacia plantations that add to the charm of this idyllic village. Don't miss the opportunity to see the unique living root bridge, a natural wonder crafted by the local Khasi tribes.

After experiencing the tranquillity of Mawlynnong, we'll continue our journey to Dawki, located near the Indo-Bangladesh border. Our city sightseeing tour will introduce you to the rich cultural and historical heritage of Guwahati. We'll start with a visit to the revered Maa Kamakhya Temple, dedicated to the Hindu goddess Kamakhya. Next, we'll explore the serene Basistha Temple and the sacred Tirupathi Balaji Temple, which are significant pilgrimage sites for devotees. For history enthusiasts, there's the Second World War Cemetery, offering insights into the region's wartime past.
