A blend of spirituality and adventure awaits

Deoghar isn't just a spiritual haven; it's a hidden gem for adventure seekers too! Get ready to conquer Trikut Pahar, an exciting escape from the city that promises breathtaking scenery, religious significance, and a thrilling adventure.

Situated just 15 kilometres from Deoghar, Trikut Pahar, also known as Trikut Hill, is a famous pilgrimage site and a popular tourist destination. As you ascend its slopes, delve into the serenity of the Trikutachal Mahadeva Temple nestled amidst the dense forest. History buffs will be enthralled by the hermitage of Sage Dayananda, adding another layer of intrigue to their exploration.

On the Trikut Pahar, you can choose your own adventure! Test your limits on the challenging trekking trails, or soar above the lush greenery on the thrilling ropeway. For a leisurely experience, simply relax and soak in the natural beauty of this safe haven.

A nature lover's dream

Trikut Pahar gets its name from its three main peaks, each named after a revered Hindu god: Brahma, Vishnu, and Mahesh (Shiva). Two of these peaks are open for exploration, offering breathtaking views and a chance to connect with nature. The highest peak reaches a staggering 2470 feet, making it a trekker's paradise. Remember, only two peaks are considered safe for trekking – the third one's steep slopes make it inaccessible. Scale the peak and enjoy the stunning views from 1500 feet above ground! This isn't just a trek; it's a conquest of nature's majesty.

Natural splendour at its finest

Trikut Pahar isn't just about the climb; it's a visual feast. During the monsoon season, the hill transforms into a misty wonderland adorned with cascading waterfalls and sparkling streams (July to September). The majestic Mayurakshi River, flowing through Jharkhand, serenades the foothills, adding another layer of beauty to the landscape.
